First Service Project of the Year THIS SUNDAY!!!!

Hello ETF!

Our first service event will be this Sunday, 09/29/2013. Yay!

In partnership with the Tree Savers of Catonsville and CCBC, volunteers are needed to help cut and remove English Ivy from campus trees in order to ensure their continued growth and health.

Here are the details:

Date: Sunday, September 29, 2013

Time: 1-4 pm. Please plan to arrive by 12:45 pm to sign in and for brief training on proper and safe ivy removal.

Location: Community College of Baltimore, Catonsville (CCBC) Campus, 800 S. Rolling Road, Catonsville, MD 21228

Please bring: Work gloves and garden clippers (if you have them), and be sure to wear long pants, sleeves, and boots for optimal protection.

If you plan on attending this event, make sure to email Ardy with your First and Last name, as well as whether or not you will be able to drive.

*Because CCBC is in walking distance, you have the option of carpooling with ETF, walking, catching the UMBC transit (Catonsville line), or biking. If you choose not to ride with us, please contact Ardy for the specific meeting location.

**For those driving with us, we will meet at the Common’s Circle at 12:20 pm and depart promptly by 12:30 pm.

This is going to be amazing, so make sure to contact Ardy and see you there!
